• Responsible for pre-planning, marketing and execution of all EBONetworks events.
• Tours and rates potential venues and suggests ideas for creating a custom décor in the venue should one be necessary.
• Streamlines the production of events; coordinates the setting up and breaking down of equipment, talent arrival, transportation and accommodation
• Gains sponsorship for EBONetworks events from both large corporate entities and smaller local companies is imperative for this position
• A highly experienced corporate event planner is a must
Associate Creative Design Manager - Responsibilities include:
• Must be able to disseminate and manage various multi-tasks
• Responsible for setting up and managing client and our publication needs
• Responsible for creating graphic design for clients via print, web, and other media formats
• Responsible for working with copywriter to address written communication and scripts
• Responsible for internal media design and communications for EBONetworks key projects
Account Manager- Responsibilities include:
• Primary revenue responsibilities revolve around custom client website creation, web hosting, and client media placement
• Meets with clients individually and tailors website creation and media placement campaigns to suit their needs
• Must be committed to client satisfaction and carefully guide each client from initial meeting to campaign creation to media placement to the expected result

The primary function of this position is to administer and coordinate the collection, deposit, and accounting of University revenues and assume responsibilities of Bursar in his absence. Responsible for assisting with coordination of Summer, Fall and Spring registrations. Responsible for supervising and training full-time personnel and employing and assigning duties to student workers at the Bursar’s counter. The Assistant Bursar must communicate with students, commercial account holders, other university departments, auditors, banks and management personnel for the purpose of providing information and technical assistance needed to resolve problems relative to this position.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible accounting work experience. Knowledge of computer based accounting operations. Good verbal and written communication skills.
Desired: Professional level experience in a university environment preferably in the Financial Aid or Bursar area.
