Computer Service

Don't you all just hate it when you call the company whom you bought your computer (or laptop) from for warranty related service and they are always trying to sell you something in the process? The bad part about this is that they expect you to purchase it right then and there. Why can't they just give you your service and move on? Or is it just me on that one? Continue
